8 Octavia is part of a series of planned developments along Octavia Boulevard.

The award-winning design features distinct, loft-like residences, ground floor retail and underground parking. Vertical courtyards weave through the building, introducing private terraces for many of 8 Octavia’s residences. At the top, a landscaped roof terrace invites all residents to gather and enjoy sweeping city views.

8 Octavia features a predominately western-facing glass façade with individual louvers for each residence. Each occupant controls how sunlight enters their home, resulting in a structure that appears to breathe and evolve throughout each day.
