In 2014, DDG set in motion a plan to bring high-end condos to a site across from Tribeca’s Roxy Hotel. That vision will hit a milestone this fall, when the 10 full-floor apartments (including two duplex penthouses) will hit the market priced from $3.3 million. The development is made up of two buildings and will offer residents amenities including bicycle and private storage for purchase.
