DDG is constructing micro-housing in San Francisco for its first-ever rental buildings. At DDG’s two projects — 235 Valencia Street and 188 Octavia Boulevard — there will be less than 100 units apiece. CEO and Chairman Joe McMillan said DDG is focusing “on every single square inch of the apartment and making sure every single inch is designed.”
